I use the metal board with a magnetic ruler such as those used in counted cross stitch, with any clip that works for you. As long as the pattern is not too wide, you can use the clip at the top to anchor your pattern and your bracelet at the same time. You can then use the magnetic ruler to move down the pattern line by line as you work. |

When I don't have a clip board I get a spiral notebook or sketchbook and cut a notch into the top to hold the floss. Then I tape the print out of the pattern to it and work over it. Good for cheap people like me. =p |
