why cant i change my profile picture? it said that it was to be aproved for a moderator befor i can change it

Yes , it has to be approved by the moderators. Once they approve of it , your profile picture will be changed automatically. Just be Patient and wait for a while till the mods approve of it.

This way , it prevents from users uploading obscene pictures .

but it doesn't work all the time.
like in comments on bracelest and patterns, my new picture shows.
but on forum my old picture shows.

like the one next to this comment, its my old picture.
and on "my page "it shows the new one.
not that i mind to much, like them both.

next time you update your profile picture try deleting the old one before uploading the new one
