I seen the tutorial on the 4 basic knots witch are the forward knot, backward knot, forward backward kot, and the backward forward knot. when i get a pattern it has symbols for the knots... can n e one please tell me what symbol goes with witch type of knot.???? and why under the learn tab it has these four different names,( reverse right, reverse left,forward left, and forward right????

the arrow that points down to the right is the forward knot, the one that points to the left is a backwards knot, the one that starts going right, but hooks to the left is a forward backwards knot, and opposite for the backwards forward knot.
