i read the tutorial on how to make them but the background color substitution is still confusing to me. can anyone help me out?

its just lke when you add some string when you run out. do you know how to do that? (there was a tutoral somewhere...

im not talking about running out. im talking about the background color substitution...

but isnt that the same thing? instead of you ran out, you just change the color
