ok i posted this on the page for the pattern but im gonna post it here too. im just about to start this but ive never made an alpha bracelet and im a bit confused. do i start with the pattern horizontally or vertically? should i have 18 black and one white or 28 black and one white? if i used 18 would it turnout differently?

that depends how big you want it. If you make the vertikal one (with 18 black and one white) the bracelet is smaller than with 28. and the sheeps look like there were standing if you have it one your hand. for beginners i think the smaller one is easyer, because you have to handle less filaments.
