Hi! I was just wondering if there is a trick to generating good patterns. If you have some, please, HELP ME!

There aren't really any "tricks". You just use graph paper (if you want), and you come up with a pattern. There is a tutorial on designing your own patterns. It teaches you how to, well, design your own patterns.
