HI, im new & i have no idea how to do these knots, can you please tell me which is which & how to do them.

There is four knots. A forward knot, a backward knot, a backward/forward knot, and a forward/backward knot. It's kind of hard to explain it, so you may need to look at the tutorials on this site. That's why they are here. You may also want to go on YouTube and look at some videos.
