Hey everyone :-) My name is Liz, but I gained the nickname Gecko when I was 19. I used to make traditional bracelets, but thanks to this site I have been exploring new designs and patterns. I am a mom of 2 kids, ages 8 and 7. They love seeing the patterns everyone has posted and keep asking me to try this one or that one... there are a lot to choose from so I try what I think I can do and then attempt something a little more difficult the next time. I did lettering for the first time tonight (6.28.12) and love how the pattern came out! It was the rainbow PRIDE bracelet (#39724) and now I can't wait to try more :-) *update* 9.5.12 - today I got my kumihimo wheel in the mail... I have already started making new designs and bracelets! I would recommend any jewelry maker to get one! :-)
