(( Bracelets )) The Loop
I am going to warn you that this bracelet is weird, because it had what you would call unfinshed knots, but it is the coolest bracelets I know how to make! Enjoy!Difficulty: 1 out of 2
The materials you will need are:
scissors
4 colours of embroidery floss
clipboard or tape
Step 1: Cut 4 strings, all different colours, about 60 inches (150 cm) long, fold-over and make an over hand knot. Anchor it, in the method you usually use. Set up symmetrically.
Step 2: Make 4 chevrons.
Step 3: Make a backwards knot, but stop about 1/2 an inch from the top.
Then make another backwards knot and go all the way to the top.
You have make a loop!
Step 4: Make 2 backwards knots.
Step 5: repeat steps 3-4, 3 more times.
Step 6: Make a forwards knot, but stop about 1/2 an inch from the top, then make another backward knot and go all the way to the top. You have made a loop.
Step 7: Make 2 forward knots.
Step 8: Repeat steps 6-7, 3 more times.
Step 9: Connect the two sides using the middle strings, and make a forward knot. It is okay since they are the same colour.
Step 10: Repeat steps 3-9 until it is at desired lenght, if wanted finish with 4 chevrons. Then do an overhand knot to finish.
