The Double-Double Wave bracelet
This is basically 2 double waves and connecting them together. This is in no way, shape, or form my pattern or idea. Just posting because i see a lot of people ask how to do it.
1. Cut 10 pieces of 72" floss.
2. Arrange the cords in the order shown across the top of the illustration. Tie a forward or backward knot with the 2 center cords. Tie 4 forward knots from the left side, and 4 backward knots from the right side (pic #1).
3. Tie 4 backward knots from the left side of the center knot. Tie 4 forward knots from the right side of the center knot (pic #2).
4. On the next row, tie 4 forward knots from the left side and tie 4 backward knots from the right side (pic #3).
5. On the next row, tie 3 forward knots from the left side and 3 backward knots from the right side. Tie 3 backward knots from the left side of the center and 3 forward knots from the right side of the center (pic #4).
6. On the next row, tie 2 forward knots from the left side and 2 backward knots from the right side. Tie 2 backward knots from the left side of the center and tie 2 forward knots from the right side (pic #5).
7. Make a forward knot with the 2 center cords. Tie a forward/backward knot at the right side of the first knot. Tie a backward/forward knot at the left side of the first knot. Tie a forward knot with the 2 center cords (pic #6).
8. On the next row, tie 2 forward knots from the left side below the center diamond. Tie 2 backward knots from the right side below the center diamond. Repeat, tying 3 knots on each side (pic #7).
9. Repeat step 8, tying 4 knots on each side (pic #8).
10. Tie 2 backward knots from the left side on the 2 outer cords. Tie forward knots on the other side (pic #9).
11. Tie 3 backward knots from the left side on the 3 outer cords. Tie forward knots on the other side. Next, tie 4 backward knots from the left side on the 4 outer cords. Tie backward knots on the other side (pic #10).
12. Repeat step 7 to make a small diamond on either side of the bracelet (pic #11).
13. Repeat steps in the same manner to the desired length.
