Large blocks of color in non-alphas by potionpen 14 years ago

...are really hard for me. It's not a problem of being new to bracelet making or reading the patterns; I love doing the wide ones and have started doing necklace-bracelet sets. When I try to do things like the peace sign or the yin-yangs or even the dragon, though, there are so many fk/bk and bk/fk knots that I can't keep track of which thread is which or how many knots are left in a given line of color. I look at the patterns and go @.@;;;;

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions to help make sense and keep track of these?

Hah, thanks. That's a sensible suggestion. I think it'd end with me pulling my hair out, though. :D
