What is the point of being able to rate alphas if you cant view them in order of rating?

Can Someone Please Tell Me What The Difference Beteween an Normal and and ALpha Bracelet??

A normal bracelet is where you tie the strings and they go diagonally across (like the diagram pattern) and an alpha is where take the same string and tie it on all the knots going horizonatally.
