I was just wondering what kind of string most people use to make their friendship bracelets. I use embroidery floss (walmart), BUT i keep seeing all these pictures of really beautiful bracelets and they look like they are using thicker string??

some ppl use yarn ( crochet or knit)

I'm using crochet thread (size 10) because its what I had handy (I crochet.) However I'd really prefer to use embroidery thread because you can get a much wider variety of colors.

I use yarn mostly.
