i got to the bottom of the design and i think your supposed to go back to the top and start over but that doesnt work. It messes up the colors. So.... what do i do? how'd the other people continue... haha. am i just supposed to get the pattern by now?

the colors change as they go, they dont start from the beginning, just continue the pattern with the different colors

I answered this one on the pattern itself. It doesn't start again at the top, you just find your place a few lines into the pattern and keep going from there.
