Sometimes I have to look through the list of tutorials with different devices in order to sent a link to somebody immediately, and it's too hard to remember the name for every interesting tutorial to find them with keywords. So, why don't add a "fav" button for them like the one for the patterns?

That would be great, but at the moment the webhost hasn't time to make things like that happen :-(
