I'm new in this and I was wondering how to measure the length of my threads before make my bracelet.

In general is 120-130 cm per string for normals usually enough.

Whenever I'm working on a bracelet, I measure out about 60-70 inches of thread, then fold that in half. So if there are 6 strings and 2 colors, I will measure out 3 pieces of thread for each color. :)
It can be a little long at first, but I always like to have a bit more thread than running out of a color in the middle of the bracelet.

Yes I'm the same as organized_chaos, I cut 65 inches of thread for most bracelets. If I'm doing a knotted loop to start it, I make that colour about 8 inches longer.
