Hi! I want to do an alpha design of this logo ( https://ih1.redbubble.net/image.514488442.1825/raf,750x1000,075,t,fafafa:ca443f4786.u2.jpg ) (just the word "boss"), can someone explain me how I do one or generate one for me? Thank you!

You can import the image into a pixel-pattern maker. Pixel-stitch is a good one. You might need to improve the outcome a bit to make it a nice useable pattern.
