I donated to the website and nothing happened. The donation figure didn't change but it definitely came out of my PayPal. What's going on?

The donation figure on our site needs to be updated by hand, it does not update automatically. Our webmaster is the only one who knows what?s donated. I only know that the amount mentioned isn?t changed since a long, long time ago, and I know more people have donated during that time ...
