It is just another version of a diamond-pattern.

It is also similar to #8292 in that the center of the diamond is a 2x2 square instead of a single knot. The difference is that each diamond in the sample image has one more "layer" around it before forming the X and starting the next diamond. This allows the "center" color to emerge at the edge with three knots.
