Has anyone seen this pattern? I tried to make it myself but it's really complicated, and I can't find it anywhere (I may be blind though, keep that in mind).

I'm planning on spending like three hundred hours and try to make this an extra wide 70" hoodie rope lace when I learn the pattern. no, I don't have a life. wish me luck :D

This is not knotted. It is probably woven. You can make something similar with knots though, with one row forward knots, one row backward knots, etc. These are called plaid-patterns.
