Hello! Newbie to this site with a question ^.^
Is it possible to make a sliding knot for an embroidery thread bracelet? If so, could I get some tutorial links please?
Sliding knot being a way of tying off the bracelet but being able to slide the knots to tighten/loosen the bracelet without needing to untie the whole thing. They are pretty popular on store bought bracelets at the moment but I have no idea how to make them or if I can make one using embroidery thread.

If it is not possible with embroidery thread, are there any recommended alternatives to an adjustable knot?

Yes,it is definitly possible, but I don't know if there is a tutorial on this site. If I find it, I will post the link here. Another alternative would be to use waxed thread to make the sliding knot.
