I wrote her an email (with my personal account given the problem we're having with the mail server). I'm still waiting for an answer from our supplier. My decision is pretty much made that I'll change supplier (unless I have a very positive answer tomorrow). I'll let you know in the forum. Thanks again for the heads up about "sarjaky".
