First of all: Im very happy with the changes in our mod-task-list! Thank you bunches!

- I second what Celicia says though, same goes for the uploaded pictures. (But we have more new profiles than new pictures so that is less of a problem.)
- The deleted picture that was in the task-list is removed by now, so that is fixed. (I can’t give you the url, not needed anymore, I guess?)
- Pending patterns on profile page: I can see them now, so that is fixed! (And yes, I made new patterns via the generators on the generator page.)
- Guestbook: I think it was that the answers on guestbook posts were not in the newsfeed. They are now, so that should be fine now. One thing: In the newsfeed we can see a new guestbook post, but not what the post is about.

- You still have the ‘save as #....’ for edited kumihimo in your list, but that was fixed.

-Picture changed to ‘checked-no’ : I agree. It is better to not automatically delete it that way. Only the delete-button should delete a picture.

@Celicia : I added this to the list "Quick way to accept users infos"

@Kleinevos :
- Glad you like the improvement :)! The request for quick accept is on the list
- Delete picture in task list -> Yes it was OK, no need for the URL
- Guestbook "Excerpt" in the newsfeed is added to the list

I added a quick way to accept user with empty info. The button is at the bottom. Here's how it works and how you should use it :
- When you click it, every "check user info" task in the moderator task list for the users that have empty info only will be automatically checked.
- So, basically, you should simply review the list visually and do the manual procedure ONLY for the one that should be rejected before clicking the button.

Then you click the button and the list will refresh.

I hope it makes you save time =)!!!

- (by kleinevos) When checking kumihimos we now see the pattern page, after clicking ‘review’. That means we see the image different than the thumbnails in the list while searching. Turned 90 degrees, and also mirrored (at least that is how it was on the old site. It makes checking a lot more difficult like this.

Quick question before leaving...

What is *necessary* in the search? It would take a decent amount of time to rebuild it as it was. If everything is necessary I'll go this route, but if I can find an easier way I'll take it.

Can you remind me what should be shown in the search (I can't access the old server... Actually I could get it running in a test environment but it takes time to setup)...

I remember there were many "small lists" and it was possible to "view the complete list" for each item. Is that necessary to "dig in" some list or is it ok if I limit to 10-20 results for each list? Are there any necessary options for each list (something like additional filters for example... if any request you make is an improvement over the "old" search please mention it - I'd like to keep it to the minimum before new design). Also, could a part of the search be moved in the appropriate section (like integrating a part of the search in the normal pattern list, alpha list, kumi list, etc.)... This last element has the potential to save a lot of time for me...

Please let me know also if any of the above risks having a bad impact on user experience. It's cool to save development time, but if it ends up being crappy search for our members it's not a win...

- Instagram: I have never seen an Instagram share on our site. It had a Facebook share, but I never used that. I also haven’t tried that now, so the Facebook share might be what they mean.
- Profile checking: I think this is a huge improvement of the profile checking! I think this is even quicker than what we had :-)
-Search: I think you can leave out all searches on patterns, since we already have searches via keywords on the pattern pages.
What we had was: ‘Search’ on a word gave results in categories (normal patterns, alpha patterns, kumihimo patterns, tutorials, forum, users).
What we need is:
-Being able to find tutorials (I think it only searched in titles of the tutorials)
-Being able to find discussions in the forum about certain things/ being able to find threads (so at least searching on words in the first post of a thread)
-Being able to find users via their name, and for moderators also via their e-mail.

That’s about what I can come up with now.

In addition to tutorials, users, and forum threads, we need to find a certain pattern as before.

Put a pattern number and it will return the pattern page.

I tried searching by keyword and obviously it cannot (unless it can be programmed that in addition to the keys that we enter, the system includes the pattern number as the default key, in that case you could search for a specific pattern from the keyword search). I mean that when a pattern is created, the system automatically adds the pattern number in keywords, but in turn allows us to add more keys to the moderators.
