Hi all!

I've had some major problems with my computer (don't worry, no impact at all on the website and its data). I've spent most of last week waiting for a new hard drive & had to setup my development environment from the ground up. There's a few last things missing but I should be able to start pushing new stuff/fixes soon.

@kleinevos : you're probably right about the size being the problem. I'll take a look this weekend as this is not something I think I can fix during the week (I'll probably need to work on it more than a few hours so better leave it for the weekend)...

@Celicia : I'll try to keep the new development to the minimum for now (to put my energy on the new layout), but I feel comfortable adding the "pattern without images" request even if the new layout is still under construction... I should be able to take a look at that this week (as soon as my development setup is complete & tested).

Note that all pictures added after the new site was launched were, and still are, not counted. So the button wouldn’t be accurate right now.

@kleinevos Good point. I'll look this weekend if I can fix it when working with the pattern generator.

I made the update scripts, the fix so picture count should be tracked now & also the filter so you'll be able to search patterns without picture (it's made in the normal patterns for now but not alpha nor kumi). I will deploy those changes this weekend.

I started looking at the "small pattern loading bug" and it's a nasty one. I'll keep you updated.

Good news, I just deployed the fixes discussed earlier & spent the time to resolve the problem with loading small patterns in the generator. Here's a summary of what should be fixed :

- Number of pictures on pattern should now be right
- Number of pictures should be adjusted (when pictures are approved by admins)
- Patterns with small number of rows should now be loaded in the generator (edit mode)
- Search criteria for "patterns without photo" should now be working in normal and alpha.

I made a lot of changes in the processing of "picture approval" to keep the count of pictures right. Let me know if you see any bugs I'll keep an eye on the forum this weekend.

I could not load pattern # 106251 (pending) into generator (edit mode). This pattern only has 2 strings. Is this what you were referring to or was the problem you fixed with the rows not with strings ?

To add to that: The generator was set to at least 6 strings to avoid new patterns like this.... What we wanted was the ability to edit old small patterns. We don’t want new patterns with less than 6 strings!

And I have seen the error-pop-up a few times now:
- After saving new info to a pattern, when I add new info and try to save again, I get the pop-up
- When trying to save profile info after setting profile picture to ‘checked and accepted’ I get the pop-up

I checked with small patterns (#10233 or #10322 if I remember correctly). It was impossible to load before, but after the fix I was able to load it. I haven't checked with extremely small patterns... I'll try to take a look this week.

What is the popup you're referring to @kleinevos? What is the error message you have? Normally I have only changed things related to the generator. I noticed (after restoring my PC) that I didn't have the last version of the code (a few changes were missing) so maybe that could explain the error popups... I sometimes use alert popups as a debugging tool so maybe the version of the code I had in my backup contained some of those...

The pop-up when I save changed profile info says: (the changed info saves correctly btw.)

Have you disabled the saving of patterns less than 6 strings again by now?
